QUEST offers a range of services including:
QUEST manages the Australian International Education Centre AIEC in CEE and has partner office in Turkey, managed by Ms. Marti Buyukozden. QUEST consults to international education institutions on market research & intelligence, marketing services, government liaison, partner search for potential research & project links.
QUEST can also organise in Australia for students and recent graduates unpaid professional internships, “paid” hospitality internships in addition to study & work programs. In 2006 QUEST can assist with skilled and semi skilled job placements in regional Australia for Community Services i.e. Aged and Child Care, with other sectors available soon and referrals to Australian Registered Migration Agents.
QUEST also consults in the area of agriculture, horticulture, food and wine, recently placing an Australian intern at Corvus winery Bozcaada and assisting Corvus in 2006 with its international marketing efforts.
In 2006 QUEST will be promoting Australian film, television and documentary content to television broadcasters’ Acquisition Managers in CEE and Turkey.
Andrew Smith Managing Director – Australian, born Yarrawonga, secondary school in Melbourne, with background in agriculture, food technology then 7 years in the Australian Public Service working in management consulting and IT management for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs. Now fifteen years in international education in UK, Turkey, Taiwan and CEE, including teaching at RMIT University, market research for IDP, setting up International House Centre in Istanbul, worked at IDP’s Australian Centre for Education ACE Budapest and various training and consulting projects. Bea Horvath Associate Director – Hungarian/Australian/Turkish, born and educated Hungary with several years in Australia where she graduated with a Master of Arts in Adult Education & Development from Macquarie University. Has been involved in soft skills training projects, also worked at IDP’s ACE, reporter for Russia’s Interfax and now resides in Zurich Switzerland with partner who is consultant at McKinsey. B. Ms. Marti Buyukozden, AIEC QUEST’s partner in Turkey who originally worked in market research and consulting, has assisted various institutions with their entry strategies to the market. Promoted Australia in general and assisted with projects including winery development, film/tv content provision, seeking research partners and clarifying recognition issues with the Turkish Higher Education Authority.
